Diana

Registered Nurse (RN, BSN)

"Hello, my name is Diana. I am a Registered Nurse, here to accompany you throughout your entire surgical journey with Dr. Indeyeva. I will ensure that you are cared for and comfortable every step of the way. I will be readily available to answer any questions that you may have. I work alongside an amazing group of individuals who all strive to provide the highest quality of care and make certain that you have a pleasant experience with us."

Diana grew up in Alberta, Canada where she attended University of Calgary and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree. She began her nursing career on a renal transplant unit, and after moving to New York, she found a passion for Medical Aesthetics. Diana is committed to patient safety and lifelong learning and has a strong passion for patient education. She will be alongside you throughout your entire surgical journey, ensuring that you feel comfortable and informed at every step. She will be your main point of contact for any medical questions that you may have regarding your upcoming or recent surgery. Diana thrives on building nurturing and therapeutic nurse-patient relationships, and will ensure that you have a world-class experience with us!

Lia

Registered Nurse

"Hi, my name is Lia and I am a Registered Nurse at Facial Plastic Surgery of Austin. I serve in both the OR and clinic space, and thoroughly enjoy assisting my patients throughout their surgical journey with Dr. Indeyeva. I am honored to work alongside a team of incredible professionals to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. Your safety, comfort, and confidence are my top priorities!"

Lia grew up in Lubbock, Texas and attended Texas Tech University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She began her career in Adult Critical Care, providing care in many different ICU specialties in both Salt Lake City, Utah and Dallas, Texas. After moving to Austin, she found a love for aesthetics and began pursuing a career in Plastic Surgery. She takes pride in building trust with her patients, offering guidance and support throughout their journey to enhance both their physical appearance and self-confidence. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and days on the lake.

Molly

Registered Nurse

I work closely with Dr. Indeyeva and the other established members of this team to bring your aesthetic goals to life. I’m committed to creating a comfortable environment where you feel supported, informed and confident in your care."

Molly grew up in Cedar Park, Texas and went to Texas State University where she got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career in Adult Critical Care, gaining valuable experience in high-acuity settings across Texas and several other states. After years of travel nursing, she returned to her hometown and found a passion for aesthetics and began pursuing a career in plastic surgery. Molly has a strong dedication to patient education and making sure her patients feel safe and take care of. She also values creating genuine, caring relationships to ensure a seamless experience.

Marina

Surgical Coordinator

"Hello, my name is Marina, and I am the Surgical Coordinator at Facial Plastic Surgery of Austin. I am here to help guide you through the consultation and scheduling process with warmth, clarity, and attention to detail. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and supported as you move through your aesthetic journey with Dr. Indeyeva. I am honored to be part of a team that values exceptional care, refined results, and a personalized patient experience."

Marina brings over 10 years of experience across healthcare technology, digital marketing, brand partnerships, and elevated client-facing roles. With a background in creative strategy and concierge-level support, she understands the importance of clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and creating a seamless experience from the very first interaction.

Her warm communication style, eye for aesthetics, and attention to detail allow her to support each patient with professionalism and genuine care throughout their journey. Outside of work, Marina enjoys content creation, exploring Austin, and hiking with her Great Dane, Bleu.

Annie

Aesthetic Assistant

Annie is from Houston, Texas, and is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Health and Society with a Business Minor and Pre-Health Certificate. Outside of school, she serves as a mentor at The Pangea Network, guiding high school girls through year-long projects that foster leadership and community impact. In her free time, she loves hiking and exploring new matcha shops around Austin. With her passion for healthcare and business, Annie plans to pursue a Master of Healthcare Administration degree after college. Annie brings an uplifting attitude and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure you feel supported and confident as we help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Fatima

Aesthetic Assistant

Fatima is originally from Ivory Coast and spent most of her life in San Antonio, Texas. She is currently an undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a degree in Health and Society with a minor in Healthcare Reform and Innovation on the pre-PA track. Growing up in a family with a background in healthcare inspired her passion for medicine and caring for others at an early age. Outside of academics, Fatima dedicates her time to working with children and volunteering with infants, something she is deeply passionate about. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, exploring new workouts, and experimenting with healthy, high-protein recipes in the kitchen as part of her love for overall wellness. With her dedication to patient care and genuine love for helping others, Fatima is excited to support each patient’s journey and help create an experience that feels warm, supportive, and uplifting.

Jean

Aesthetic Assistant

I am committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where every patient feels supported, reassured, and well cared for throughout their experience with us."

Growing up in the small town of Carrizo Springs, Texas, I developed a strong appreciation for community and caring for others. I am rising senior at the University of Texas at Austin studying Human Biology with a Pre-Health Professions Certificate. I am also a member of the Texas Pre-PA Society and plan to become a Physician Assistant after college. At UT Austin, I am involved with the Filipino Student Association, where I volunteer and perform with the organization’s cultural dance team. In my free time, I enjoy running, singing and playing guitar, studying at coffee shops around Austin, and documenting new food spots I try around the city!
