This patient is show 1 year post-op from an Extended Deep Plane Facelift and Deep Structural Neckift to achieve a defined neckline and jawline. Temporal Lift was performed to elevate the outer corner of the eye, and tasteful Buccal Fat Reduction allowed for enhanced sculpting and slimming of the lower 1/3 of the face.
