Patient is shown 3 months post-op from an Extended Deep-Plane Facelift to tighten the jawline and lift droopy cheeks, a Structural Deep Plane Necklift with submandibular gland trimming, digatric muscle reduction, and platysmaplasty to correct laxity of the neck tissues, and restore an aesthetic angle between the chin and the neck. Additionally, she underwent a TCA 35% chemical peel to smooth the lines and wrinkles in her skin.
