This young patient in her early 30s presented with concerns of puffy under eyes/ under eye bags and excess skin under her eyes. Under-eye bags are not limited to one age group, in fact, many patients in their 20s-30s suffer from under-eye bags due to genetics. With a lower blepharoplasty, we were able to decrease the puffy appearance, while filling in the shadows below, providing the patient with a beautiful, desired outcome.

Procedures Performed:

• Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition – to remove under eyebags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow tear trough region and brightening the dark circles
