This patient in her late 50’s presented with concerns of her under eyes as the patient felt like her eyes looked as if she was under stress and wanted to look more refreshed and youthful.

Procedure Preformed:

Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition – to remove under eye bags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow tear trough region and brightening the dark circles.
