This patient in her early-50s presented to us with concerns of having tired eyes/heaviness under her eyes and no longer wanted to look tired as it has bothered her for many years.

Procedures Performed:

• Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition – to remove undereye bags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow tear trough region and brightening the dark circles
