Description: This delightful patient in his mid-50s presented to our office with concerns of puffy lower eyelids and excess skin on the upper eyelids, which had impacted his vision.

Procedures Performed:

• Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition – to remove undereye bags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow tear trough region and brightening the dark circles

(Patient also underwent an upper blepharoplasty).
