Patient in her early 50s was seeking nonsurgical rejuvenation to address her facial volume loss, loss of skin turgor, laxity in the lower cheeks. Sculptra treatment was undertaken to naturally and gradually rebuild lost facial volume, re-establish lost facial contours, and improve skin quality. A total of 6 vials was used over the course of 4 months.
