Our Philosophy

Patient comfort and satisfaction is our top priority.  Our team is made up of bright, energetic professionals who are delighted to answer any questions you may have before or after your visit. We look forward to meeting you!


We are located near the intersection of Mopac and Southwest Parkway in Austin, Texas.


Our office building is new and does not always pull up correctly on GPS.  Please search for “Extended Stay America Austin Southwest” when searching for directions to our office from apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps etc).  Our building is right next door to the hotel—Gray building with “CTPO” in blue letters at the top.  Once you enter the building, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and you will find our office entrance to be the first one in the hallway on the right.

Appointments & Consultations

All of our visits are by appointment only.

If you have a consultation with Dr. Indeyeva, please expect to spend about an hour to an hour and a half at our office. Injectable treatments, if desired, can usually be performed the same day, with minimal recovery. If you are considering surgery, please bring your calendar and be prepared to pay a deposit. Our surgical dates fill quickly, and the first open surgical dates are likely to be several months after your consultation. If you have questions about your consultation process, recovery or any procedures with Dr. Indeyeva, please call the office and ask to speak to a Surgical Coordinator.

There is a $350 fee to reserve a consultation with Dr. Indeyeva, payable when booking the appointment. You may apply this amount toward the cost of your surgery. If you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule less than 2 business days in advance, this amount will be considered a “no-show” fee, and will not be applicable to any treatments.  A new consultation fee will be required to schedule a new visit.

Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling Policy

We reserve your appointment time specifically for you, with careful attention to allow you to have a full and informative experience.   If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand things happen and life gets busy.  If you happen to be running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In some cases, we offer you a shorter service if possible or the option to reschedule. We need to ensure that we’re not running behind as a courtesy to other patients.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 2 business days notice. This courtesy on your part will make if possible to give your appointment to another patient on our waiting list. If you fail to let us know within 2 business days, you will incur a late rescheduling/cancellation fee per above, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to any services

Payment Policies

At Facial Plastic Surgery of Austin, we accept payment by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment for non-surgical services is expected at the time of service. Surgeons fees must be paid 3 weeks prior to your surgery date.

We offer patient financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon. Click here to learn more.
