This lovely patient presented to us with concerns of the sagging neck, jowls, and neck laxity. She wished to brighten up her eyes and have a sharper jawline to restore her beautiful features.

Procedures Performed:

• Extended deep plane facelift – to sharpen the jawline, lift droopy cheeks, and alleviate jowls
• Deep structural neck lift with platysmaplasty – to trim and tighten drooping platysma muscle, debulk submandibular glands and create an elegant neck contour
• Temporal lift – to open up and brighten the outer corners of the eye

(Patient also underwent an upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition).
