This patient in her late-50s presented to our office with concerns of heavy neck and puffy under eyes.

Procedures Performed:

• Extended deep plane facelift – to sharpen the jawline, lift droopy cheeks, and alleviate jowls
• Temporal lift – to open up and brighten the outer corners of the eye

(Patient also underwent a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition)
