This patient in her early-60s presented with concerns of a heavy neck and disliking what her side profile and neck would look in photos. This patient wanted to restore a sharper jawline and to no longer have excess skin on her neck.

Procedures Performed:

• Extended deep plane facelift – to sharpen the jawline, lift droopy cheeks, and alleviate jowls
• Deep structural neck lift with platysmaplasty – to trim and tighten drooping platysma muscle, debulk submandibular glands and create an elegant neck contour
• Temporal lift – to open up and brighten the outer corners of the eye
