A patient in her late 30s with a long history of undereye bags and dark circles.
She underwent lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition to eliminate the undereye bags and restore a youthful, vibrant look. Rather than remove the hernaited fat pads, we use them to our advantage by moving them to fill the tear trough hollowness. That way, the puffiness is improved, and the needed volume is restored. This technique is much more effective than simply removing the fat pads, which typically results in a hollow, tired look.
