Patient in her early-70s presented to correct elongated, deflated down appearance of her upper lip caused natural aging. As the upper lip elongates with aging, the pink lip rolls in and becomes involuted. Lip volume also diminishes with age. She underwent a two procedures – a lip lift to shorten the height of the upper lip and evert the surface area of the pink lip. SMAS grafts were then placed into upper and lower lips to restore youthful volume. This tailored surgical approach led to restoration of youthful and sensual appearance.
