Description

This patient in her early-60s presented with concerns of puffy undereyes and wanted to target this area with surgery to bring back the youthfulness to her eyes.

Procedures Performed:

• Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition – to remove undereye bags while simultaneously restoring volume to the hollow tear trough region and brightening the dark circles

(Patient also underwent an extended deep plane facelift, deep structural neck lift, and temporal lift)
